My hope is to support and empower you in taking the rest of your steps in stride.
I work with individuals and couples to better understand the patterns that shape their relationships, with themselves and with the people who matter most. My role is to help you understand yourself, your partner, and the patterns between you, so you can move forward with greater clarity and intention. I believe every person and every relationship has strengths that can serve as a foundation for growth, even in moments that feel uncertain or overwhelming. I strive to create a space where each person feels heard and understood, while helping you build insight, strengthen communication, and navigate challenges with confidence.
